Daily maintenance of assembly line equipment

Parts damage and natural wear of guide rails caused by the use of assembly line equipment are inevitable. How to correctly use and maintain assembly line equipment is an important part of equipment management. It is required and maintained by operators and professionals according to the technical data and parameters of the equipment. Detailed rules to carry out a series of maintenance work on the equipment.
The maintenance work of assembly line equipment includes: daily maintenance (one guarantee), equipment lubrication and regular oil change, preventive test, regular adjustment accuracy and secondary and tertiary maintenance of equipment.
(1) Inspection of assembly line equipment
Equipment inspection is an effective means to grasp the technical status of equipment in a timely manner and implement equipment status monitoring and maintenance. It is the basic work of maintenance. Through inspection, timely detection and elimination of equipment hidden dangers and prevention of sudden failures and accidents are an important part of maintaining the normal operation of equipment. working.
1. Daily inspection (daily inspection)
The daily inspection is to check the technical condition of each part of the equipment according to the prescribed standards, mainly focusing on the five senses, so as to find the trouble in time, take countermeasures, and minimize the loss of downtime. For key equipment, the operator shall check and record item by item according to the equipment check card for each shift or a certain period of time. During the inspection, the maintenance personnel shall promptly and effectively eliminate the abnormality recorded by the inspection card to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
2. Regular inspection
According to the specified inspection cycle, the maintenance worker will conduct a comprehensive inspection and measurement of the equipment performance and amateurism. If the problem is found to be solved at the time, the inspection result will be carefully recorded as the basis for the future decision-making of the equipment maintenance plan.
3. Accuracy inspection
This is the measurement, analysis and adjustment of the geometric accuracy, machining accuracy and installation level of the equipment. This work is carried out as planned by full-time inspectors, and its purpose is to determine the actual quality of the equipment and provide a reference basis for equipment adjustment, repair, acceptance and scrapping. Carrying out various inspections on the equipment and accurately recording the status information of the equipment can provide a reliable basis and maintenance cost for future maintenance.
(2) Daily maintenance of assembly line equipment
The daily maintenance of assembly line equipment can be summed up in eight words – neat, clean, lubricated and safe.
1. Neat: tools, workpieces and accessories are neatly placed; safety protection supplies are complete; lines and pipelines are safe and complete.
2. Cleaning: The inside and outside of the equipment are clean; the sliding surfaces, screw rods, racks, gears, handle handwheels, etc. are grease-free and free of damage; no oil or water leakage is found in all parts, and iron filings are cleaned up.
3. Lubrication: Regularly refuel and change the oil, the oil quality meets the requirements, and the oil pot, oil gun, and oil cup are complete; the oil mark, oil line, and oil scraper are kept clean, and the oil path is smooth.
4. Safety: Implement the system of assigning people, assigning machines, voucher operation and shift handover; familiar with the equipment structure, abide by the operating rules, use it rationally, carefully maintain it, and be safe and accident-free.
(3) Secondary maintenance
This level of maintenance is mainly based on operation work and cooperates with maintenance work. The maintenance period can be determined according to the working environment and working conditions of the equipment. For example, the gold cutting machine can be set as 400~600 operating hours, when it stops.
1. Secondary maintenance content
(1) According to the use of the equipment, dismantle, clean and adjust some parts, and replace individual wearing parts;
(2) Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the equipment to remove “yellow robes” and dirt;
(3) Check and clean the lubricating oil circuit, clean the oil scraper, oil line and oil filter, add lubricating oil appropriately, and check the oiling condition of the sliding surface;
(4) Properly adjust the matching clearance of each moving surface of the equipment;
(5) Clean the electrical box (electrician cooperation) and electrical devices, so that the lines are fixed neatly and the safety protection is reliable;
(6) Cleaning equipment accessories and cooling system;
2. Maintenance standard
After the second-level maintenance, the inside and outside of the assembly line equipment is clean, showing its true color; the oil circuit is smooth, the oil mark is bright, and the oil level is clearly visible; the operation is flexible and the operation is normal. After the maintenance is completed, a special person will be responsible for the acceptance, carefully fill in the maintenance completion record sheet, and finally make the maintenance work of the assembly line equipment completely completed.
